The Scottish and UK legal and judicial systems are complex and you may need help to understand them. We are at your disposal to explain how everything works and what kind of legal assistance is available to you. We can give you information about finding legal counsel, talk about legal fees and legal aid, and show you where to find more free or low-cost advice. Our staff can provide simple legal information, recommendations and advice on a wide range of topics. Please note that if our legal dates are complete, we may offer you appropriate information and recommendations. If Party B is in conflict with another person – Party C – in another matter (which does not concern Part A), Party B is still in conflict with obtaining legal advice from the company that supported Part A.
